Sterner was last heard from on December 30, 2025, and was last seen in person several days earlier. Her disappearance prompted concern from family, friends, and community members who helped circulate information and search for her. Law enforcement officials have indicated that the case remains under investigation, and no additional details are being released at this time.
In their statement, Sternerโs family acknowledged her long struggle with depression and thanked the public for the overwhelming support shown during the search efforts. โWe want to thank everyone who shared information, reached out, searched, and helped spread the word,โ the family said. โThe support and effort from so many people meant a great deal to our family. Our shorthand for her at home was pizza girl because we always bought pizza from her at the Rail and she would live stream my bands shows on TikTok the couple of times we played there. She was always nice and cordial๏ฟผ and obviously taken from us way too young ๏ฟผ
